We meet Hugo, staff member at the BraUturm, the highest-up bar in Germany. The historic U-tower, remnants of the Union brewery in Dortmund, on of the defining elements of the city’s skyline, shines in new splendour on the 7th floor. Modern cosiness, home-style dishes, bavarian lager and a lot of beers from Dortmund promise merry evenings that may very well lead to a “hearty” party.
